Toronto Maple Leafs vs Florida Panthers Prediction
I’ve said throughout the playoffs that I believe the Panthers are the team to beat in the East, and have backed them a lot in these games. I’m not ready to hit the panic button just yet, despite being down 0-2 in the series. However, this line is nuts. The Maple Leafs have been one of the hottest teams in the league over the last two months, and they’ve been the faster, sharper team in this series.
The Panthers have struggled with Toronto’s speed, they’ve been sloppy defensively, and Matthew Tkachuk has been a bit of a non factor all of a sudden. Yes, the Panthers should be able to write the ship at home, and they’ve responded well to adversity in the past. However, we’re getting two times our money with the Leafs just because the game is in Sunrise? I’m not buying it. The value is with the Maple Leafs at this price.
